Payment and delivery

1. DELIVERY

The courier will deliver the goods or services within the agreed time.

The contractual partner for the delivery of parcels is Pošta Slovenije for local shippments and DHL for international shippments.

The prices of the articles listed on the website do not include the shipping cost. The shipping cost is calculated before placing the order and is clearly displayed to the user. The commission of Pošta Slovenije is already included in the cost of postage and is not paid additionally. Customs duties, if any, are not included in the price. Postage for traffic within Slovenia amounts to (unless otherwise stated – free postage):

The provider assumes the risk of transport. The user must report any damage or quantity shortfall in writing no later than 8 days after receiving the goods to the e-mail info@astron.si.

2. PAYMENT OPTIONS

You can pay for ordered products in several ways:

1. cash on delivery payment
2. payment credit card via the PayPal system
3. Pre-payment by proforma invoice
4. payment upon personal collection at the company’s address

Cash on delivery

You pay the order in cash to the postal employee when you pick up the goods, when he delivers the ordered goods to you. Delivery costs are listed in the order. Upon receipt of the shipment, an additional €3 is payable for the payment of the UPN form.

Payment by credit card

After placing the order, the buyer is redirected to the secure international payment system PayPal, which ensures safe payment and acceptance of payments.

PayPal is the payment system most widespread and most used for Internet payments in all countries. It is used for online payments at all major internet stores (Ebay, Amazon and others) and is used by both individuals and companies. It allows payment via most credit and debit cards (Visa, American Express, MasterCard…) 24 hours a day. A big advantage of the system is also that the product provider does not see your credit card number and security information. Since this data is managed by PayPal with the highest level of protection, maximum protection of your data is ensured and abuse is not possible.

Pre-payment by proforma invoice

If you decide on this form of payment, we will send you a proforma invoice to your email address upon purchase. You can settle it via online banking, at the bank or at the post office. After making the payment, you can send us a confirmation of payment by e-mail info@astron.si and thus enable faster processing of your order. After we receive your payment, we ship the ordered and paid products to you.

Payment upon personal collection

After processing the order, we send a message when you can pick up the ordered goods and pay at pickup. You can settle the costs at our company or pay in advance through your online banking, at the bank or at the post office. In this case, the funds must be in our account before taking over the goods. When paying for an online order with personal pickup, the only possible payment method is cash/card at pickup. Payment of online orders by card is not possible.
